vantage vt1 setting guide

[Vantage vt1 setting to see Viasat in Denmark]

Dear all.

I just bought a Vantage vt1 box and i am trying to set it up so i can see Viasat on it, i am recieving signal through a parabol.

I searched the internet but dident find any specifik guides nor settings on how to do this...

I know i am suppose to use Sirius 2,3 sattelite, but i have tried everything and i can`t get it to work!!

I have a antenna cable from my sattelite disk into port 1 and then use a loopthrough setting.

Do i need any kind of patch/firmware or program to make this work?

If so can anyone past a link with a guide on how to install it on the vantage box?

I would really appreciate your help.

Hi, thank you for your reply.

I already tried to use the blindscan, but it dosent find anything ;

I think it is because i need some other firmware since Advantage dosent suppoert viasat cards... but i have no idear which program/patch/firmware i should download.

you need a cam module that supports the viasat card- they use a standard that the tuner not supports directly. i used to have dragoon cam on my force
